These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Olympia Gaymers website, Discord community, social media, events, and other services operated by Olympia Gaymers (“Olympia Gaymers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, joining our online communities, or participating in our events, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services or participate in our community.

1. About Olympia Gaymers

Olympia Gaymers is a community for LGBTQ+ gamers and allies in the Olympia, Washington area. We provide opportunities for members to connect, play games, socialize, and participate in online and in-person activities. Olympia Gaymers is a community organization and is not responsible for the conduct, statements, or actions of individual community members.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to use the services through which you participate in Olympia Gaymers. Some events or activities may have additional age requirements. If an event is restricted by age, you agree to comply with those requirements. Parents or guardians are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for minors in their care.

3. Community Conduct

We want Olympia Gaymers to be a welcoming and inclusive community. When participating in Olympia Gaymers activities, you agree to:

• Treat other members with respect.
• Avoid harassment, threats, intimidation, stalking, or targeted abuse.
• Not engage in discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, race, ethnicity, nationality, disability, religion, age, or other protected characteristics.
• Respect people's names, pronouns, identities, and boundaries.
• Follow the rules of venues and platforms used for Olympia Gaymers activities.
• Avoid behavior that substantially interferes with other members' ability to participate.
• Follow reasonable instructions from Olympia Gaymers organizers and event hosts.

Hateful, threatening, or abusive conduct may result in removal from an event, Discord server, online community, or future Olympia Gaymers activities.

4. Online Communities

Olympia Gaymers may use third-party platforms such as Discord, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, or other services. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their respective terms and policies. Olympia Gaymers does not control those platforms and is not responsible for their availability, security, policies, or practices. Community members are expected to follow both these Terms and the rules established by the relevant platform.

5. Events

Participation in Olympia Gaymers events is generally voluntary. Events may take place at public venues, private businesses, parks, gaming stores, residences, or other locations. You are responsible for following the rules and policies of the venue where an event occurs. Olympia Gaymers reserves the right to:

• Change or cancel an event.
• Change the location or schedule of an event.
• Limit attendance.
• Require registration.
• Refuse or revoke participation when reasonably necessary to protect the community or comply with venue requirements.

Event announcements and schedules are subject to change.
